I'm Onur Taşkıran. A developer, designer, builder, author, and athlete.
I build systems where thought takes shape. My focus is web and mobile application development, interface design, and process architecture. To me, the meaning of what I build is not in the tools I use, but in the awareness with which I create it. When the mind is not the compass, every action becomes a direction borrowed from someone else. I work with tools like JavaScript, React, and Node.js not because they are popular, but because they help me move with clarity. I do not collect technologies. I choose what works.
I acknowledge that software has undergone a transformation. The fact that code is now written by artificial intelligence is not a debate. It is a reality. And as long as the final decision passes through the filter of thought, this transformation becomes an opportunity to move humanity forward. I'm not interested in temporary solutions. I focus on building things that last longer than trends.
For me, development is about both speed and decision-making ability. A strong result comes not only from movement, but also from conscious choice.
I hold licenses in kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai. I do not train for competition. I train to make fast and accurate decisions under pressure. This mindset sharpens how I write, how I design, and how I lead.
I see code as a form of thought. Every product is a reflection of the mind that created it. It is not enough to ask what I have built. I also ask why it was built and how strongly it stands.
